Is Dill really lying about his dad and a few little things about his life?
I feel kind of bad for him because of the way that Scout calls him out
on lying. Maybe Dill doesn't have any friends back where he lives?
Hopefully when we get a little further in the book, it will tell us a little
more about Dill. What do you all think? Is Dill telling the truth about
his dad?

Hmm...sounds like someone i know ;) but i do feel bad for dill. I think he is just trying to make his life seem really exciting in scouts eyes because he likes her
did anyone else think that Dill was african american
I think that maybe his life is not what we expect it to be. Maybe he has secrets that he doesn't want anyone else to know. I mean don't we all have secrets that we hide from the world?
African American?! With a shock of white hair and a name like Charles Baker Harris?
i always pictured him like that i dont know why
I think Dill is a very interesting character. I'd like to get to know him. And I had to keep reminding myself that he is white. Maybe it's just something about his personality?
Maybe we think alot of people
in this book may be black because of their accent?
I think Dill's lies are just his way of making himself feel secure.
